People Lead at Prosper AI

My main focus right now. I joined Prosper AI as the first hire on the People team. We build AI voice agents for healthcare teams, and we're backed by a16z and Base10.

My job is to build the People & Talent function from zero: hiring, onboarding, the first processes, and the culture we want to keep as we grow. It's the blank page again, with everything I learned the first time.

Teaching in the IUDE MBA

I'm still a professor in the MBA program at IUDE, Universidad de Oviedo, sharing real-world learnings about People, talent and organizational culture with the next generation of business leaders.

Growing on the family farm

Outside the professional world, I keep managing our family farm in Asturias — our own crops and artisanal apple cider. There's something deeply valuable about disconnecting from screens and connecting with something so physical and real.

Writing in the Garden

I'm channeling the learnings from these years into the digital garden — frameworks, reflections, and things I wish someone had told me before about scaling teams and building culture in real startups.
