Building Samara from within

Since January 2023, I'm deeply focused on helping build Samara from the inside out. I've been part of an incredible growth journey, scaling our team from 14 to 160 employees as Head of People.

My role goes far beyond hiring and building processes. I'm deeply focused on strengthening and scaling our company culture — making sure it remains strong and authentic as we grow rapidly in the clean energy space.

Teaching the next generation

I'm currently a professor in the MBA Master's program at IUDE, Universidad de Oviedo. Teaching allows me to share real-world People & HR insights with future business leaders while staying connected to fresh perspectives and emerging trends.

Growing my own food

Away from the corporate world, I manage our family farm where we cultivate our own produce and make traditional Asturian apple cider. There's something deeply satisfying about growing your own food — from vegetables to the apples that become our homemade sidra.

This connection to the land keeps me grounded and reminds me of the importance of sustainable practices, both in agriculture and in business.

Learning & building

I'm also working on this digital garden — my first real attempt at building something from scratch in the tech world. It represents my commitment to moving from ideas to execution, documenting my learning journey along the way.
