Hi, I'm Gonzalo
Head of People at Samara. I studied Law and Business Administration at Universidad de Oviedo, and specialized with a Master's in Human Resources Management at UC3M.
My journey
My career has been dedicated to Talent and People functions: from international recruiting at Axalta, to leading GTM hiring at JobandTalent, to building the entire People function at Samara, scaling the team from 14 to over 150 employees in less than two years. I also serve as a professor at Universidad de Oviedo, teaching in the MBA Master's program.
My philosophy
I am passionate about building organizations where people thrive and where culture is seen as a true competitive advantage. I truly believe that wealth and prosperity are not incompatible with a better world for all.
I consider myself an active, resolute person who does not stop until I achieve what I have set out to do. I am not afraid to work on things I have not done before, as I believe that you can achieve anything with hard work and effort.
